About Moxas Incense
Mugwort is a herb commonly used in TCM. Its processed leaf fibers, known as moxa floss, are rolled into sticks and burned to warm selected acupuncture points. This external technique, called moxibustion, differs from drinking mugwort tea or herbal decoctions. Treatment points and duration should be chosen by a qualified practitioner.

Instructions for Use: Moxas Incense
1. Prepare the area
Use a ventilated space, away from flammable materials. Have an ash tray and suitable extinguisher ready. Confirm the correct acupoints with an Herb doctor.
2. Warm the selected points
Light the tip evenly and hold it at a safe distance to create comfortable warmth. Never touch skin with the burning end. Move as instructed and stop immediately if heat becomes painful.
3. Adjust the heat
A larger glowing tip produces stronger heat; a smaller glowing area feels milder. Increase the distance for gentler warmth. Never bring the ember dangerously close to skin or blow hot ash toward the body.
4. Extinguish and store
After use, extinguish the ember completely with a suitable snuffer. The pack includes a yellow cap; follow its specific instructions and never place ordinary plastic directly on a hot ember. Check for remaining heat before storing unused portions in a dry location, out of children’s reach.
The original product guidance advises avoiding wind and water for approximately one hour afterward. Seek professional advice on aftercare; this is a traditional recommendation, not a medical requirement.
