How to purchase from Thanh Tam Herbs

  • Send a message or call us via Zalo at +84 9066 81073. Thanh Tam Herbs will support preparing herbal orders based on prescriptions that have already been provided.
  • Place an order online at Thanh Tam Herbs.

How to purchase on the website

  • Step 1: Select products at Thanh Tam Herbs.
  • Step 2: Select the product attribute(s), if any, and choose the quantity you would like to purchase.
  • Step 3: Click the “Add to cart” button to add the product to your cart and continue shopping.
  • Step 4: Click the “Cart” button to proceed to checkout, enter a discount code if available, and fill in your contact and delivery information.
  • Step 5: Carefully review your order information and click the “Place order” button.

After your order is placed successfully, Thanh Tam Herbs will contact you to confirm the order and arrange delivery.

Payment Policy

Thanh Tam Herbs currently supports the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (COD): Customers receive the order and pay directly to the delivery staff.
  • Payment by ATM/Visa/MasterCard: Payment fees depend on the card type and the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details about any applicable payment fees.

Shipping Policy

# Thanh Tam Herbs only provides delivery and receiving services within the territory of Vietnam.

# Thanh Tam Herbs only supports one re-delivery attempt for each customer.

Thanh Tam Herbs offers two delivery methods:

  • Same-day delivery (applicable to orders placed before 14:00): Available only in Ho Chi Minh City. After a successful order is placed, Thanh Tam Herbs will contact you via Zalo to inform you of the delivery fee (the fee may vary depending on the delivery area and time frame).
  • Standard delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1–4 days after the order is placed (the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery area).

Return and Exchange Policy

Because we want to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience, we accept product returns for any reason.

Please note the following return and exchange conditions:

  • The product must be intact and unused.
  • The return or exchange period must be no more than 7 days from the date of receipt for regular customers or first-time customers. For member customers, the return or exchange period must be no more than 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • For orders that are no longer intact, such as packages that have been opened, removed, or have the shipping label torn, customers are required to record a video while opening the package and provide a specific reason for the return or exchange so the process can be handled smoothly for both parties.
  • We only support two-way return shipping fees in the following cases: the product is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
  • If the product is returned because the customer no longer needs or likes it, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the order to Thanh Tam Herbs.
  • Please contact our Customer Support Department for detailed instructions. Customers must not return or exchange products without confirmation from Thanh Tam Herbs.

Become a Tri Ky member of Thanh Tam Herbs! Customers can enjoy more benefits and ongoing special offers.

To become a member customer, you only need to meet all of the following conditions:

  • Make purchases 5 times or more. From the 6th purchase onward, customers will be eligible for member benefits.
  • During the first five purchases, each order must have a total value of at least VND 100,000 one hundred thousand Vietnamese dong.

Benefits of becoming a Tri Ky member:

  • Customers will be invited to join the Tri Ky of Thanh Tam Herbs group. Do not worry — Thanh Tam Herbs will proactively contact and invite eligible Tri Ky members to join.
  • Tri Ky members will receive an additional 8 days for returns and exchanges, meaning a total of 15 days, compared with regular customers.
